Inspired by the pure, distinctive terroir of Chile’s highly acclaimed Valle de Colchagua. Over 100 years ago, the wine makers family pioneered grape growing in the Colchagua Valley. Today, the they are the 5th generation to manage the estate winery. Over the past decade, the winemaker has led an ambitious research project with the leading universities to understand Chile’s Carmenere grape and the best location to plant it. This Carmenere comes from the famous Los Lingues Estate, tucked away in the far northeastern corner of Colchagua in the foothills of the magnificent Andes Mountains. Casa Silva is one of the most awarded Chilean wineries of the 21st century.
