Peach and honey. Buttery with notes of vanilla. Creamy finish with just the right amount of oak.

Catena Alta, Argentina
Lemon cream, nectarine, papaya, cinnamon, and smoky oak. Dense and lush with vibrant flavors of pineapple, peach and spices. WA 92

Cousino Macul, Antiguas, Chile
Oak-spiced pear and melon aromas. Orchard fruit and honeydew flavor with dusty minerals and a hint of herbs.

Errazuriz Estates, Wild Ferm, Chile
Ripe pear, nectarine and orange. Fragrant spice- and smoke-accented nose.

Sauvignon Blanc

Torrontes

Crios, Susana Balbo, Argentina
Lightly floral with hints of peach pit, honeydew rind, white pear, and tangerine. Fruity and floral, yet still quite dry.

Michel Torino, Don David, Argentina
Delicate floral aromas and notes of orange peel and toast. Dry, medium in body with bright acidity, crisp and refreshing on the finish

Zuccardi, Series “A”, Argentina
White flowers, mature white fruits and citrus. Well structured, with lively acidity, and delicate finish. WA 90

Bone-dry with bright, snappy apple acids, lime and floral top notes with polished mineral.

Thokozani, Chenin Blanc, South Africa

Sparkling Dry

Fresh and fruity, with melon and apple character and a fine bead. Almond notes echo on the clean finish.

Santa Julia, Brute Rose Sparkling
Bright aromas of strawberry and raspberry on the nose. The wine is light and crisp.
Sparkling Sweet

Vietti, Moscato d’Asti, Italy
Aromas of peach, rose petals and ginger. Delicately sweet and sparkling with modest acidity, good balance, good complexity and a finish of fresh apricots

New Age, White, Argentina
Balanced acidity leads to soft, semi-sweet and slightly effervescent flavors and mouth feel. A refreshing, vivacious wine.

New Age, Rose, Argentina
Raspberry aroma, sugar flakes, red fruits and violet flowers predominate through to the fresh, effervescent finish.

Reds

Cabernet Sauvignon

Plum and blackberry flavors. Oak and vanilla show up on the finish, which is round and the slightest bit herbal.

Intense red fruit, spices, cassis, marmalade, white pepper, vanilla. Round and luscious

Catena, Argentina
Raspberries and cassis with notes of black pepper, cloves and touch of fresh thyme. Elegant wine with structure and a bright, long, persistent finish.

Concha Y Toro, Terrunyo, Chile
Lush blackberry, cassis, tannins and proper balance. Spicy and tasting of licorice on the finish, with an overall appeal that justifies its price. WS91

Crios, Argentina
Black plums and black currants are joined by accents of dark chocolate and some vanilla-scented oak. RP90

Fabre Montmayou, Reserva, Argentina 
Lush cassis, red fruit, mineral, capsicum, chocolate and spice aroma. Concentrated fruit and creamy texture.

Luigi Bosca, Argentina
Very good structure. Aromas of currant and very nice length.

Susana Balbo, Signature, Argentina
Classic Cabernet aromas of rich red fruits, red pepper, plum, tobacco leaf, roasted coffee beans, and a touch of fresh mint.

Vina Cobos, Bramare, Argentina
Toast, mineral, espresso, violets, black currant, and blackberry, spice notes and chocolate flavors. Excellent body, balance, and length. RP 92

Ventisquero, Grey, Chile
Intense, spice-accented aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, cured tobacco and rose oil, with suave vanilla and cracked pepper.

Merlot

Weinert, Argentina
Spice-accented aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, cured tobacco, rose oil, and cracked pepper complemented by notes of vanilla bean and licorice.

Concha Y Toro, Gran Reserva, Serie riberas, Chile
Fresh, complex and intense. Blackberry, plum, cherry, cassis, oak.
Medium-bodied and full, with a long finish.

Carmenere

Black fruits,spice, pepper, soy sauce, and blackberries complemented by a touch of tobacco. RP 90

Haras de Pirque, Chile
blackcurrants, blended with typical Carmenere spice characteristics. Perfectly balanced with soft tannins.

MontGras, Antu, Chile
Aromas of black currant, fig and plums, cedar, clove and spice. Full-bodied, velvety smooth and very well-structured with a lingering finish.

Santa Rita, Chile
Red fruit with spice notes. Well-rounded and lingering with a rich, smooth finish.

Pinot Noir

Cristom, Oregon
Raspberry, cherry and toasted spice notes. Good freshness and acidity with a dry finish.

Luca, Argentina
Strawberries, saddle leather and cola root. Spice, and cherry/raspberry jam. WA93

Paraiso, SLH, Monterey, California
Soft tannins and juicy flavors of strawberry, raspberry, cherry and wild berries, with good acidity.

Syrah

Navarro Correas, Argentina 
Plum, blackberry, smoke. Full-bodied, with rich red fruit and mineral flavors, and gobs of soft tannin.

Ex Umbris, Washington State
Supple and round, layered with plum, currant, sassafras, cream and spice flavors.

Luca, Double Select, Argentina 
Toasty, smoky oak, forest floor and baking spice. Blackberry jam, blueberry, black cherry, ground black pepper and hints of sweet/spicy oak

Clos de los Siete, Bordeaux blend, Argentina 
Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. Features sweet, lush, dark fruits, oak, and spice.

Gougenheim, Bonarda/Syrah, Argentina 
Bouncy plum and currant fruit, notes of violets, chocolate and a sprinkling of sweet brown spices.

Juan Gil, Monastrell, Spain
Blueberry, dark berry and smoky Indian spices.
Sweet dark berry flavors with velvety tannins
and a zesty minerality. WS87

Regio Old Vine Zinfandel, California
Fresh, bright berry fruit, earthy and peppery.

Santa Luz, Gran Corte, Chile
A blend of Malbec, Cabernet and Merlot. Red and dark fruits, with spice and oak. Soft tannins with a mouth filled finish.

Tikal, Patriota, Bonarda/Malbec, Argentina
Bright berry, cherry fruit. Big body yet very balanced with luscious layers of raspberry, cherry, and cocoa flavors.

Zuccardi “Q”, Tempranillo, Argentina
Mineral, blackberry, pepper, and espresso. Medium- to full-bodied with spicy, savory fruit, and impeccably balanced RP90

Caminata, Barbera D’Asti, Piedmont, Italy
Ripe cherries, spicy, dry, slightly tannic

Le Sincette, Lake Garda, Italy
Red fruits and cherry jam witha spicy background, soft and round

Rosso Dei principi, Umbria, Italy
A blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet, and Merlot. Black cherry, oak and vanilla notes.

Ripasso della Valpolicella, Veneto, Italy
Often referred to as “baby Amarone”, Ripasso is dry, velvety, and round, with aromas and flavors of red and dried fruit, raisins, plum, tobacco, earth.

Malbec

Achaval Ferrer, Argentina
Raspberry, blackberry and cherry pulp notes. Layers of spice, flint and wildflowers. Juicy yet structured, with a mineral edge and savory finish. WS 92

Antigal, Uno, Argentina
Berry, thyme and rosemary. Soft, with just enough structure to make the earthy, ripe berry flavors taste better than simply big and bulky. WE90

Bodega Gratia, Argentina
Red and black fruit, black chocolate, and wild cherries. Very good entrance, medium bodied, soft and sweet

Catena, Argentina
Ripe red and dark fruits with delicate notes of violets and lavender, and traces of vanilla/ mocha. Blueberry and blackberry notes and a touch of leather and cinnamon.

Gimenez Rilli, Argentina
Black cherry notes with hints of tobacco, cedar and smoky oak flavors

Michel Torino, Don David, Argentina
Violet, plum jam and raisin combined with pipe tobacco, vanilla, chocolate and toasted notes. Very well balanced with sweet and soft tannins.

Luigi Bosca, D.O.C., Argentina
Baking spices, blackberries and dusty earth. Flavors of plums, black cherries and cocoa.

Susana Balbo, Signature Argentina
Blackberry, black cherry, and violets framed by hints of oak and mint. Ripe plum fruit, toasty vanilla, bittersweet chocolate, and a hint of mint on the finish.

Swinto, 90 Year Old Vine, Argentina
Intense aromatic range of ripe black fruits and jams, spice, and oak. Flavorful, dense and generous it has character, power, elegance and a long finish.

Tikal Amorio, Argentina
Mineral, black cherry, and violets. Medium to full-bodied, silky-textured and layered, sweetly-fruited, and intense. WA92

Dessert Wines

Santa Julia, Tardio, Argentina ½ bott
Pears, apricots and peaches, orange skin, honey and roses. Silky, with balanced acidity and a complex and long finish.

Errazuriz , L.H. Sauv Blanc, Chile ½ bott 
Citrus, apricots and papaya, elegant floral notes and ginger tones. Impressive creaminess and the sweetness typical of this style of wine. Excellent persistence and pleasing acidity.
